About the Game
Inspired by the fairy tale of the same name by the Brothers Grimm, this short piece of interactive fiction allows the player to step into the role of Hans the Hedgehog. There are multiple different endings that are determined by player’s choices, as well as some randomly generated response, so be sure to play more then once!
About Development
Hans was made in the course of a month using Inkle. It was created to explore how pre-existing narratives can be adapted into digital media. Re-designing the narrative to be branched instead of linear was an enjoyable challenge, and presented a great opportunity for creativity and adding a personal touch to the story.
